Exterior repair work for rotting wood

Hi, I have some exterior woodwork that needs replacing due to rot - the back gate and framing plus some of the low wall paneling on the house in the same area (narrow vertical wood panels). I need this done by the end of April, and will need to coordinate with you to ensure access to the secure area. More work available to the right applicant and as funds allow ;)
