Maintenance to Sleep Out

Want a cost estimate for maintenance to a property; includes concrete work to replace a section of drive way, repairs to a leaky sleep out including repair of twisted ridge beam, replacement of end gable walls (cement fibre Bd with asbestos?) and windows, reconstruction of dormer and replacement of windows, replacement of at least two other windows and provision of new roof flashings. Please note I want to pay for this estimation work as the maintenance work may not go ahead.
