Replace decking timber

Our deck is two levels and the top level is older than the bottom level. We have just sanded back the lower level however the top level needs to be replaced. We would like a quote to put new timber decking panels on the existing structure. We can remove the old decking if needed, but want someone to supply the timber and lay it. There is a small handrail at one end that should also be replaced. The top deck currently steps out in the middle over the lower deck however we would like to remove this section as shown in the photos. There are also some posts sticking up through the deck that were part of an old handrail which need to be removed. All details and dimensions are shown on the photos. We are ready for this work to be done ASAP.
