Rotten ibternal base of french doors

We have found some rot at the foot of the base of our wooden French doors. We are not sure what the best fix is. Bog, inserting a wooden panel or something more significant. So we need an assessment and a quote for the best solution. The rot is mostly internal and around some existing builders bog.
