Ceiling tiles/replace with gib?

To fix ceiling measuring approx 273 x 196 maybe with gib? as I've been unable to find the existing tiles online. The storms this year created water damage due to me not realising my gutters were back-washing into the room, I have fixed this. As the house is currently for sale I want a 'tidy', and don't have an extensive budget, although the approx wouldn't allow me to select what I wanted.
