Wooden sash window repair

I have a 1950's house with wooden sash windows. I am going to repaint and repair the windows over summer. One window has dry rot on the inside. It is is the bottom corner of the upper sash and will probably need cutting out and replacement of the timber in that corner. I need someone experienced in dealing with sash window repair.
