New Lynn Villa in need of some TLC

Our 1920's villa needs some TLC. We are looking at replacing a couple of timber weatherboards to be replaced, at the front of the house -as you will see on the photos they are rotting. I have the spare matching paint so the panels will just need priming and then painting prior to fitting. We also have a cracked wooden floorboard that needs repairing (See picture) And lastly whilst your here we would also like a small shelf fixing to the wall, we have the brackets, screws and raw plugs - ALSO a light fitting needs fixing back to the ceiling. As you can probably tell, DIY is not my speciality. If any tradie could do this for next week it would be appreciated :) All quotes to include labour and materials please, happy for you to pop round and have a look.

Kush did a great job replacing the rotten weatherboards to our Villa, fixing a cracked wooden floor board and also fitting a shelf unit. The quality of work was great as was the price. I will definately use Kush again if I need further work doing.
