A Small Deck

We recently had to deal with a cowboy builder who started the work (to a very poor standard) and also still has not completed the job. It has been over 4 months now and we have lodged a claim with Disputes. We are looking for someone who is willing to come and do the job. We are looking to build a small deck with railing and a top covering with stairs on the side. If all goes well at Disputes we are expecting the cowboys to come and take away their "structure" at their expense and so who ever comes in to do the job will not have to deal with it. Note: Currently we cannot proceed with the build until the disputes hearing which could be about 2 months, but would greatly appreciate someone who can give us a quote and willing to do the job when the time comes.
