Deck Stairs

We had the deck and stairs "fixed" approximately three years ago and the stairs leading off the deck are very shaky, we are needing someone to come and have a look and quote the job. We are wanting the stairs fixed with a landing added if possible. We are also wanting underneath the deck "patched" or covered appropriately and will discuss the reasons why in person.
