I am looking for a competent tradesperson to carry out some repairs. I have a ranchslider on the back of a skyline type garage that has water leaking in at the base and has caused some rotting. The area has been converted into a rumpus room. I have already ripped up the carpet that has been soaked with all the recent rain we've had.
