Wet carpet. Need a builder or bricklayer or handyman

I have an insurance claim in for the wet carpeting after the heavy rain last week. Water came from a block wall in the rumpus (below ground level). i.e. tanking issue. I probably need a builder and/or a bricklayer to determine the source/ solution to the water issue. Do you know of any builder or bricklayer, perhaps semi-retired, who may be available to do some work? As you realise most builders and bricklayers are very busy. Initially all I need is someone to remove skirting board and perhaps trim back wall cladding to see if issue is at the base of the block wall. There may be a couple of tiles to remove as well. I have to get the source of the water issue fixed myself. If the issue is only at the base of the block wall hopefully I have the product to solve the problem myself.
