Repalce bathroom floor board

The property situated at 9 Silverstone Place Henderson, the bathroom floor board is getting soft and sagging a bit due to lekage. Some of the tiles need removing and putting back again. Just need to replace with water proof plywood board. I may get a tiler to put back the tiles. It is about 1 m2ish area between the bath and vanity as per photo attached. Pleae let me know the earlies time you can do an inspection and quote. Many thanks. George Guo ---
