Custom TV cabinet with TV Lift.

I need a custom cabinet made that houses a TV which is attached to an electric TV Lift. The dimensions will be Approx. 1m high x 2m wide x 300mm deep. It will be extremely simple in design and look like a plan box with some skirting on the bottom edges. The top surface will be attached using door hinges so it opens upwards when the TV lift pushes the TV upwards. Please have a look at this link for an example of the kind of thing I'm after. It is going at the bottom of my bed too. I'd appreciate if you could give me a ball-park estimate to start off with so I know what I'm dealing with. I will provide the electric TV lift which simply screws to the backwall from the inside. Thanks.
