Floor, drywall and bath replacement

Replacing existing particle board subfloor, for kitchen, laundry, hallway and bathroom-toilet, with new treated ply. It small floor area, possibly 20m² all added. The work is needed, as the existing floor board is damaged, due to leak within wall. The existing flooring cover is tile and we are considering to replace with vinyl or other flooring. We are also considering to replace the existing water pipes under the floor. Also, need to replace GIB wall boards for Kitchen/Laundry and bath. For Bathroom, existing tub needs replacement.
