Repair cabinet for extractor Fan

As per the photos,this is a 1990's Turbo extract fan system. The extractor fan works when the door is pulled open and is off when the door is shut. The door has come off the plastic hinges hence it does not open/close as a result the extractor fan does not work.The door needs to be placed back to its original position so that it can be opened and closed resulting the extractor fan to work. I am sure this is to do with carpentry but not sure if this needs to be done by an electrician?
