Broken/Rotten floorboard in kitchen needs replacing and a couple of small gaps that need filling in with Tawa wood. Plus a little bit of fixing up of a couple of walls where kitchen was removed that needs to be made ready for tiling or painting. Also, need a gate rehung under the house.
