Carpentry : House maintenance (Exterior)

The plan at the entrance roof area on my rental property is to repitch rafters over the existing membrane roof & use long run iron as the new roofing material. Apron flashings would need to be fitted under the cladding if the new roof is to be pitched at 10 degrees (or similar). The roof will need guttering & a new down pipe to the right of the structure. Plus for the drainage to work, a new storm water connection to the down pipe will be needed, not sure if required.
