Deck repairs and scotia installation

Deck repairs including replacement of a few rotten/loose patches of floor plank, tidy up of loose nails and boards, and painting of side railing planks. Basically make safe and tidying up with a view to selling. Also wanting scotia installed in the large (3.5mx7m) master bedroom. May be a bit different due to the corrugated effect of the vertical wood panels that cover the walls. They currently run right up to the ceiling with no scotia. Ceiling paint has dripped down and looks messy.

These guys were great - responsive communication from start to finish, turned up when they said they would, and they finished the job in just one day instead of three when I explained the urgency! James really listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions in line with our budget. I am very happy with the finished product.
