Threshold Ramp Required for Garage for Wheelchair Access - Nothing Fancy

Hello I require a price for a threshold ramp to my garage door. It's just a temporary measure as I am moving in about 9 months time. This needs to enable me to get over the step into the garage in my wheelchair. The garage door is 80cm long and the threshold is 10-12cm (it's a bit wonky). The threshold ramp won't need to be affixed to anything (I need to be able to dispose of it when I leave without any damage or interference to the property. I've had one made of wood before at another place - I don't need anything fancy just something to do the job. It does not need to be made to any fancy mobility/access gradient specifications etc - I just need to be able to get up the bump so I don't want anything too long either as there is not a lot of turning space. If you are able to give me a rough idea of a cost and what you may make it out of (wood is fine) that'd be much appreciated. My alternatives are purchasing or hiring something too big/fancy made of rubber or aluminium which I won't be needing/using once I move in 2016. I am in Te Atatu Peninsula.
