Suffit repair and other odd jobs

We have several small odd jobs that we need help with around the property. The one that is highest on the list is a repair to a suffit that was not done when our roof was replaced two years ago. It is on a flat part of the roof. We also have a pool ladder to be installed and probably some other small things if we thought about it. We are keen to develop a relationship with a good tradie who can help us out over time.
