Job description
Replace existing uneven stone/concrete block veranda with wooden decking. Removal of existing decking and installation build of new including three steps. Approximate area 40 m2.

Once the all the planned work was underway I felt very comfortable with the subcontractors used by Sam and the quality of work. Most delays were unavoidable and not the fault of either party but did in no way affect the high quality of the work being done. I’m very happy with my new deck and Sam was very accommodating with all my add on wishes. I have already planned to have more work done by this excellent team.
