Job description

General Carpentry
Porirua

New Bi-fold doors installed removed bracing from our house therefore to comply with City Council Building Permit an internal bracing wall facing the same direction needs to be strengthened with 10mm Gib Braceline Plasterboard fixed to Gib bracing specifications. Would ideally like to keep scotia and skirting untouched therefore dual dwangs at top and bottom of wall preferred but if this is not possible then that is ok. I have exact specifications from Council as to what is needed. Adding more dwangs to existing wall to further strengthen it as well. Plastering over new Gib to be done but I can organise the painting outside of this job. There are a couple of other small pieces of work that need doing to obtain the council consent around the bi-fold door including filling small gap between door scriber and window frame (external) gap between door scriber and door frame to be sealed (interior)

Right from the first time Blake contacted us about the work we required doing everything went exactly according to plan. Blake turned up when he said he would too discuss the work and provided an acceptable quote in a timely manner. Blake offered some really great advice that we heeded. Blake did everything that we discussed to a very high and we would have no hesitation in recommending Blake to anyone else looking for a builder and we would certainly like to contact Blake in the future.
