Ceiling damage showing signs of leaking
Job description
This is a rental property and when a tenant moved out, I became aware of ceiling damage. The roof ware replaced about 5 years ago, so is in very good condition. I would to understand what caused the damage and for it to be repaired and painted please. As this is a rental property, I would like this done as soon as possible.
