Deck extension and update balustrade
Job description
Add an extension to an existing deck and replace some damaged planks and maybe new balustrade in aluminium. Extension deck is approx width 2.5 metres x depth of 2.11metres and just under a metre off the ground, slight slope to ground level. Refer photo 1 which shows 2 brick pillars holding upstairs deck. New deck extension goes around the first pillar as a square back to the second pillar. The second photo shows where the deck and steps are from inside another pillar so would like to extend that deck to match existing deck width but remove this balustrade and make full width wide steps down to gentle slope. This extension would be a depth of 0.62cm with a length of 2.54m. Steps would be the length of 2.54m, so taking in the full length of this section of the deck and with approx width of 0.48cm (so wide steps), start with 2 steps at closet ground point with either gentle slope or 3rd step required at one end of this length. In existing deck 8 planks x 3.070 metre lengths need replacing. The existing deck is made from pine deck tread gripping timber. Can we have a seperate costing for installing an aluminium balustrade approx 10metres around the deck. Thanks

Really and truely happy with our new deck, it has made so much more outdoor space. Jacque's was helpful, listened to ideas, arrived on time and got onto the job very efficiently. We are very pleased with all aspects of this job and happily use his services again or recommend him to others.
