Timber Floorboard repair

Borer in 1 floorboard at 2 properties in Waikiwi and Grasmere. Property 1 - easy access floorspace, but has carpet on top and insulation underlfoor Property 2 - easy access floorspace, and has no carpet on top. Both properties have one affected floorboard that sees the currrent floorboard caved in. Needs old floorboard removed and new timber installed.
