Minor fixes around the house
Job description
Hello, A building report has identified some minor things that could do with a fix. My parents will take possession of the property on May 31, so we'd be looking for the works to be carried out at the start of June. The works include: - adjusting gate (see item b on Site page) - fixing bottom cedar weatherboard under bedrooms (which are currently cupped and bowed) (see item b on Exterior page) - adjusting striker plate on one bedroom door (see item a of Interior page) - adding doorstop to a bedroom (see item b of Interior page) - minor adjustment to one bedroom door (see item d of Interior page) - adjustment to french doors between a lounge and dining room (see item f of Interior page) - adjustment to PA door in garage (see bullet point 4 of Outbuildings page). If there are any other works that you were also qualified to do (e.g. anything to do with the roofing, as identified in the building report), please let us know too.
