Laundry Repairs

The laundry cabinet has blown out as has part of the floor. There is obviously a small leak behind the cabinet which has impacted the floor and presumably the wall behind. The job is to strip the cabinet out, clear floor, identify damage and fix. Then paint and tidy up. The house is a rental but the tenant is easy to deal with. I need a quick turn around on this from experienced fixer uppers. I will get the floor covered once the job is complete.
