The current balustrade will need removing along with the stairs / landing( the balustrade fixings are rusting out and timber on the stairs / landing rotting) and replaced with similar to example in photos. Approximate dimensions also in photos.

Benji was quick to communicate and turned up when he said he would. The area was left tidy each day with temporary barriers barriers in place. We are very happy with the end result and would happily use him again.
