Overall I’m very happy with the new deck. I cannot comment on cost as I’m yet to receive final bill which I expect to receive after final Council building inspection. Delays were caused by unforeseen problems e.g rocks underground in way of foundations. I was happy for the construction of deck project to fit in with other projects the builder had.
