Swelled internal hall cupboard door jam

Need a few inches of swollen door jam chiselled back, sealed, primed, painted, the vinyl plank reglued, and the adjacent skirting re-adhered. It is not evident there is any moisture still in play. However, if we can check if is a gap along the top of the self contained shower stall and the wall and seal it.

Plumber was friendly, located possible issue, sealed area round tap, removed skirting to monitor any ongoing leaking, came back a few weeks later to confirm issue was with shower stall and next steps
