Wooden Catio/Cat Outdoor Enclosure

Looking to have a Catio/outdoor enclosure for cats built between a fence and the house (please see photo of current area). Access from the house will be through a window. Approx size 3m x 2.3m with roof. Wood frame with wire/galvanised firm mesh. Sitting shelves and walking ledge to be included plus need an access door on the side. Similar look to the attached photos however specific details & design will be arranged with builder. Suitable project possibly for a retired person. Must supply own tools, equipment and able to obtain the materials. Thank you.
