Simon did a really good job fixing my squeaking floorboards. I really liked Simons approach to this job, he explained the most likely reason for my floor issues and other possibilities, set about fixing the issues, and while doing so, he kept me well informed and interested. Simon showed he genuinely cares about his work, and his trade and will be using his services again.
