Borer Damaged Floorboards - Patch Replacement

Hi there, just a small job here but would mean alot to me to fix. The floorboards at the back door have been damaged from borer. The house has been treated but this is the main access to the house. I can source timber here in Otahuhu or if you have some thats great too. I understand this is a small job, so there is no urgency if you can fit in a quiet spell. Please advise how this would be resolved, staggering boards etc.
