New deck - approx 42sqm

I require an existing pine deck, to be replaced and enlarged with a new kwila deck (total size approx 42sqm), stairs and bench seat on one corner (as per attached plan). Specifications: Timber - Kwila decking boards to be 150x25 (Minimum 6mm gap) Double fix at a max of 450mm centres, 15mm in from each edge at each fixing point. Fastening - pre-drilled prior to screw fixing using 316 stainless steel decking screws (star or square drive) 10gx65mm Cut ends to be sealed immediately after cutting with a suitable grain sealer Possible additional work may include replacing french doors with bifolds and a pergola. Initially however, its just the deck for starters.
