Kitchen Benchtop

We are currently renovating our kitchen and would like to get a quote to replace our current kitchen benchtop. Our kitchen is an L-shape with upstand behind the sink and high breakfast bar. We are keeping the current layout and cabinets, we will replace the freestanding oven with a wall mount. Trim the breakfast bar to be a single level benchtop while keeping the existing timber panelling on it (if possible please). The new benchtop will be a laminate top, we will opt out the upstand and replace it with tile splashback. Hob and sink will be supplied. The diagram attached is the approximate layout, the oven will be right next to the dishwasher rather than 1 cubby away (if that make sense). Measurements below.
