2 Shelves put up in a laundry cupboard

New Laundry, would like 2 shelves, one half way across the cupboard and one the whole width, (width is 1160, depth 600), doesn't sound like any studs so might have to be something like the Elfa top track and hanging slot strips. The shelves are only going to be used for linen, towels, blankets. I am happy to buy all the shelving parts if needed, looking for a cost, thanks
