Kitchen and Laundry storage

We wish to create extra storage. Small toilet room will become laundry cupboard. Approx 680 x 650. Sliding door to be removed, pipes boxed in and painted, holes in gib and floor patched, shelves installed, new doors put on. Plumber has already removed toilet and capped water outlet. Existing laundry cupboard (approx 940 x 700) to become pantry. Slatted shelves to be removed, new pantry shelves installed (Melamine?). Rough edge of gib to be tidied. Hope you can help, Thanks!
