New Cheap Kitchen for Rental

We have a small one-bedroom flat in Manurewa that needs a quick, cheap do-up. The kitchen looks to be 1960s original, and needs to be replaced. Needs a breakfast bar, return bench, and kitchen bench, also a large cupboard on the wall above the bench. Would like cheap but very sturdy solution. Possibly stainless steel bench tops, or other indestructible product? Open to suggestions, but need quick solution. Flat is now vacant so measure up is possible any day from today. We can strip out old kitchen, but would like installation of new one ASAP.
