Replace MDF plinths

Water damaged MDF plinths holding up kitchen cabinets needing replacement on Wednesday 5th February as people are moving into the home on Thursday 6th. Plinth material is 150mm height, 16mm wide MDF. Estimate 7.2 linear metres. Is front/rear/sides of 4 cabinets, not all shown in pics. Damage from hidden leak in mini hot water cylinder beside the dishwasher. Existing plinths are screwed into cabinets from top side only, otherwise free-standing on the concrete floor. Would need to replicate this. Plumber coming 8am, would need Tradie from around 10am or so. Thanks.
