Coat and bag hook board handmade

I need install 20 hooks in this area at our childcare. ideally would be the hook attached on one of the wood board natural color. The coat hook shelf I found the gab is to close, thats why i need custom made , the gap need to be slightly bigger for children's bag and coat. Under these float shelf, need three level of them, length is 1500m.
