Kitchen cabinet wood panel replacement

We have just purchased a house in St Heliers in Auckland. This is a 1950s home, and has a damaged cabinetry surrounding around the fridge. We would like to replace this. Please see images attached of the area in question. While it doesn't show the detail, it is water damaged with cracks, and we would like it repaired or replaced as new to match the kitchen. Essentially we need some help and guidance to figure out: 1) What is required to replace this - repair or complete replacement? 2) Who would we need to get to do this? A wood turner/joiner? 3) What is involved, approximate cost and length of time to complete the job We would be keen to get this completed in the month of May, while the house is empty.
