Floating Bookshelves

I have some recycled shelves I want to put up as floating bookshelves. There are 8. I have done one but I'd like that to be re done, as I suck at using wall plugs and it's not in as secure as I'd like. I want each shelf to be able to hold 28kgs, this should help with wall plug selection. I have the brackets but need a person with better skills and tools. I've attached photos of the layout I'd like. Spaced out and staggered. I only want them on the top half of the wall as I'll be placing cabinets up to 1000mm underneath. Shelves at 1200mm long and 15cm deep.
