New laundry, floorboards, tiles, expelair

We need to redo our laundry, fix a few tiles fix some cracked floorboards, put in an expelair and reattach some wardrobe doors. The laundry needs a complete redesign and new build (circa 1970). Before we replaced the roof we had leaks and we need to replace some ceiling tiles and/or re tile the whole lounge ceiling. We have rimu floors and a number of the slats are cracked. We need to fix them and then have the whole floor polished. We want to put an expelair in the kitchen but it's a tricky space so we need a solution there too. We also want to plane down and reattach some wardrobe doors. Hopefully a package of work that will appeal to you!:).
