Investigation and repair of moisture issues

Townhouse with monolithic cladding has evidence of moisture issues in several places. We have a builder's report which identifies a number of repairs needed to the outside cladding and an IR camera report which identifies potential moisture in various walls inside. We would like the outside repairs done (sealing cracks, adding expansion joints, kick out flashing, etc.) as well as invasive testing and repair of the interior wall issues, plus one apparent active roof leak over a bathroom.
