Remove current ceiling in study area. Replace ceiling with suitable plywood --- sheets with a colourful and light wood finish (Example Plywood non struct UT 2400x1200 x12mm at $56.50 see material at Bunnings ) that would enhance and suit the study area as a natural wood ceiling. Suggest wood, oil or vanish. The same material should be used for a loft to cover installed piping. Hinged access should give easy access to the two newly installed roof drains, as well as piping joints and the piping installation and form part of the loft, with hidden hinges used as far as possible. Magnetic clips or push to release buttons should keep loft doors solidly closed. The area of the study is 2.64m x 3.9m. Plywood should cover the entire study area with no gapes at the walls and minimal gaps at the hinged access points on the loft. (See attached images.) Replace and fit two shaded lights that would suit the study area. A gap 1.04m x 0.92m under the deck must also be covered by the material similar to this ceiling application, (possibly a cut-off). Site visit is suggested. All materials should be supplied and quoted for by contractor

Had some issue with the heavy tint base of the applied oil stain, however Gary managed to sand of a large part of the dark stain. Overall the work done was of high standard.
