Looking at converting a ground floor rumpus room into a new living area of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. (Not creating a separate title/dwelling) We're looking at having new lightings installed and wiring tidied up as part of the renovation. James and his team were friendly to deal with. He communicated well throughout the project and always kept me up to date on what is happening.
