Corner of house

There is subsidence on one corner of the house where water has eroded underneath. I believe it is a strip foundation with timber framing and red brick fascade. This will need raising and made secure. The concrete path that runs around the outside of the house needs tearing up and re-laying with drainage to stop water from doing the same thing again.
