Hi, I have just got sign off from the Council of my amendment to consent. One item that needs to be done though is a retro fit nib wall. The design has been completed by an architect and there is already a concrete channel the footings can go in. The last two cement fibre cladding will need to be removed to complete the work and an inspector will need to view before it is closed off again. Is this something you might have time for in Dec/Jan? This is the last item I need to be able to book a final ccc inspection so keen to get it done asap so I can get the home on the market.

Naveed was professional and updated me each day on progress. He advised me in a timely manner and with a plan when unexpected items showed themselves. Naveed and his team followed the approved plans and ensured everything was completed to the compliant standard.
