We had a pipe leak, and a longish section of the old leaking pipe was replaced through several holes in the wall. The repair job is for the ENTIRE entrance hall ceiling gib and insulation to be removed and replaced, leaving an edge to preserve the coving. Plus two holes in the wall to be filled, Hole above laundry door to be filled/patched.
