Need cross beam in roof replaced. Half a dozen rotten weatherboards/scribers to replace Replace 3 old windows with new double glazed units

Great communication and friendly, asked before doing anything that differed from original plan. Subcontractor that helped was also lovely. Cost was as quoted and reasonable for work completed. Workers completed withing schedule and started on planned day. No delays. Workmanship was tidy, with extras such as silicone as required applied. Site was very tidy, drop sheets used, and vacuumed at the end of each day. All rubbish was removed at the end of the job which was greatly appreciated.
